HIGH PERFORMANCE ACADEMY
The ACADEMY PROGRAM is year-round and designed for players who are active tournament participants at the USTA National level (L1–L5). Players should commit to training a minimum of two days per week. Each three-hour training block includes a dynamic warm-up and high-performance fitness training as well as practical life lessons.
All players who train at least three days a week will receive a fitness evaluation, customized fitness plan, a player development plan along with periodic meetings with an assigned tennis coach, and sports performance trainer to discuss player progress; mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Those enrolled in the program year-round will receive a complimentary week of summer training equivalent to the number of days enrolled per week during the school year.
